I'm very pleased to announce the release of 3 customised skateboard decks that I have been working on for the last few weeks. Each has been hand painted with extra detail and outlining completed with my trusty Posca markers.

A new Korpworm on 15cm square of plywood with the lyrics "If she knew what she wants" on it. The song is an eighties hit by The Bangles that was originally written by Jules Shear. Anyway I somehow managed to completely miss it back then so its been on the playlist a lot recently.
Just finished this recent commission for a worm army piece on a paint splattered frame. If you would like to commission a piece for yourself send me a message. Also available in a similar colourway...Korpworm Icon bottles with filled with real cola.
I've been doing these 10cm square pieces for some time now as warm ups for when I'm working on new artwork and I've decided to make them available on eBay only. No minimum, no reserveso go set up a search for MINIKORPS and see if you can bag yourself a bargain. The video below includes some customised pen pots which you'll need to grab from my store. There is a huge demand for skateboard decks at the moment with a handful of secret commissions completed in the last few days. This one however was an indulgence because I wanted to see how the rainbow feathers would work. Battle Lines is where two artists compete against each other over 90 minutes only using black markers on a white board with the crowd and judge deciding who wins at the end. Usually I don't like adding a competitive element to art as it is completely subjective but I knew I'd be painting alongside my long time compadre Process Smith so I thought it would be fun to do. With no idea what I was going to draw I turned up at The Ostrich Inn with a bag full of Poscas. It was really well attended and had music from Mista Crowe and food from Resist Vegan Kitchen which made for a really busy and entertaining night. Its not important who won the event :) however I was really pleased that my artwork sold on the night to a member of the crowd who had a Korpworm tattooed on his leg. Check the photos below to see. PHOTOS FROM TONY NEROPHOTOS FROM KIRK CHAPMANMassive thanks go out to Prin for organising the event and Simon for letting us take over the venue. Hats off to Process for doing a great job on the other board and a final big thank you to everyone who turned up to support me, as always your support is greatly appreciated.
Next event is scheduled for 27th October, click here to confirm your attendance through Facebook. Just framed and titled "Lonely" but not in a bad way. Sometimes a bit of time to yourself is exactly what you need. Become a patron to get a 38% discount on this artwork but be quick before it sells.
Worm army pieces take longer to finish so I'm looking forward to having more time in the future to do more like this.
My favourite thing about this artwork was SkeletonCardboards suggestion that some people are full of beans!!!
