REFUNDS & RETURNS
All returns/refunds need to be requested within 14 days of receipt of the artwork.
DAMAGED
If the artwork arrives damaged please send a digital photo of the damage and container along with any relevant order/shipping numbers to [email protected] and we'll get back to you within 2 working days. Items damaged in transit will need to be returned but are eligible for a refund of all costs.
CHANGED YOUR MIND
No problem, simply notify us of your intent to return your item by emailing [email protected] and as long as the item is not damaged or lost you will be eligible for a refund of the cost of the artwork.
Please note you will be obligated to bear the costs of returning the artwork.
