It's a double art drop this Friday at 9pm BST. To mark the ever changing global currency environment I have created some digital artwork to be sold for 1 Tez and some real world art on US dollar bills to be sold at $100. As crypto currencies soar and use of paper money diminishes I wonder when 1 tez will be worth more than $100. 1 year? 5 years? Dollar Bill Art DropAs the demand for paper currency diminishes I'm more often than not looking at bank notes as a canvas. I like the idea of increasing the face value of the note through creating artwork on it. Upcycling it visually and and upgrading it financially as a way of sticking 2 fingers up at the banks. These dollar bills will be listed at 100 times the face value on Friday at 9pm (between £70-£75+P&P) The blue one! The violet one! The red one! NFT Art DropThis piece has been specially created to be sold on the Hic Et Nunc platform. It shows an army of Korpworms living within the iconic logo of Hic Et Nunc. This is the third in the series of brown paper posters mimicking the style of my real world paste ups. 20 have been minted with 10 being released at 1 Tez each. If digital art and NFT ownership is your thing why not give my new Foundation.app profile a follow where I'll soon be listing artwork to be sold for ETH.

Just finished my half of a colab deck with the awesome Cur5. I'll be sending it over their way soon, cant wait to see what they do with it. Show Cur5 some love here.
I got a little Arts Council funding which has allowed me time and resources to develop my creativity. Most recently I completed this portrait with the help of Irony. Not my usual style by a long shot but a very interesting and enjoyable process with practical experience using priority lines and a scribble grid.
I originally created this piece as a way of playing with the new deep Posca colours to see if there were any new colour combos worth using but I quickly fell in love with the vibrancy. I dont often use a lot of different colours so this is quite a unique piece.
I recently set up a profile on Twitch so I could broadcast a little more. I enjoy doodling with company so this felt like a good way to do that on the fly. Find me here.
My first stream was to try out the new Posca colours and let you know what I thought of them. I'm very pleased to be a finalist for the Posca Artist of the year January vote. There are 20 finalists Tto choose from and its dead easy to vote to vote for your favourite. The prompt for January was FUTURE and my piece below represents that theme through the use of colour which is how I plan to finish my future Korpworm art.
These came about after the 2019 Inktober prompt and I've enjoyed drawing them ever since. Some People are Trans.

“In times of crises, those living in the margins suffer the most” #TransAwarenessWeek feels like the right time to share my solidarity with the trans community. Here I've used the iconic Stonewall poster as a backdrop for my latest piece. 50% sale price goes to Mermaids who support trans and gender-diverse children, young people, and their families. Size: 16cm x 17cm Media: Posca and Promarker on upcycled cardboard (rough cut) Date: 2020 Signed: Korp As a bit of a side project I'm doing these 13x13 pieces on cardboard...just to keep me on form. Here are the latest pieces.
I've recently been listening to a lot of Linkin Park again and that combined with the fact that I need to start my daily art drills again has coincided to produce this little piece. For those that don't know art drills is where I force myself to draw every morning before I do anything else. It's the top priority, before commissions, tax returns, emails, phone calls etc. It only has to be something small so you can finish it and feel like you've accomplished something. As soon as you've done art drills then you can get on with your day. I find it helps keep your focus on what being a creative practitioner is all about. I'm also finding Hybrid Theory and Meteora inspiring. Original Artwork by KorpI'm So Afraid
